Brasserie at the Conservatorium

Last week I got an opportunity to stay at Amsterdam’s most luxurious hotel – Conservatorium. The hotel is perfectly located in one of the best areas of the city – close to the main museums and the fashion district (P.C. Hooftstraat). The building of the hotel used to be a bank first and then was transformed into a Conservatorium hosting several musical institutes. In 2008 the building was transformed into a luxurious hotel. Conservatoirum hotel is a combination of the rich history with a modern twist. 

На прошлой неделе я получила возможноcть на один день остановиться в одном из самых эксклюзивных отелей Амстердама – Консерваториуме. Отель расположен в самом престижном районе города, вблизи основных музеев и рядом с улицей P.C. Hooftstraat, где находятся магазины основных дорогих брендов. Здание отеля раньше было банком, а затем было трансформировано в консерваторию. Именно поэтому, когда отель открыл свои двери в 2008 году он был назван Консерваториум, в честь своей многолетней истории.

I had a chance to have a look at one of the best rooms of the hotel – Penthouse Suite – the most favorite room for the celebrities during their visits to Amsterdam. The room is very spacious, light and beautifully decorated. I loved the work space with the view on Amsterdam.

Akasha Spa is located in the basement of the hotel and is one of the best Spa salons of Amsterdam.

If you like G&T then Tunes bar is a perfect place to try one of the signature cocktails in a beautiful setting.

Taiko restaurant is a new Asian-inspired restaurant with a wonderful design. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great for a romantic dinner.

One of the most exciting parts of my stay was definitely the breakfast. I loved the selection of exotic fruits! I have decided to try blueberry pancakes with maple syrup which were delicious! Brasserie
