Last week my best friend was visiting me in Amsterdam and I wanted to take her somewhere special to have a nice lunch. Since we both like a mix of good food and a nice atmosphere, I immediately thought about Girassol. This place is probably the most photogenic restaurant in Amsterdam! The design of this place makes you feel like you teleported from Amsterdam to one of the restaurants in the center of Lisbon. I love the combination of blue and white, it just makes it feel so summery! If you feel like sitting in the sun and watching the boats pass on the Amstel river, Girassol has a very spacious terrace for you! Talking about food, we got some great dishes to share, like a sandwich with chicken, avocado and tomatoes, some delicious fries and healthy salad with shrimps. For dessert we had a crepe with ice cream and various fruits and it was a perfect ending to a wonderful lunch.
На прошлой неделе меня навещала моя лучшая подруга Катя и мне хотелось организовать для нее ланч в каком-нибудь особенном месте. Я вспомнила о ресторане Girassol, который находится недалеко от нашего дома, прямо на набережной реки Амстел. Это ресторан португальской кухни, попав в который вы сразу почувствуете атмосферу этой солнечной страны. Дизайн ресторана оформлен в бело-голубых тонах, которые напоминают о лете. Здесь подают национальные блюда, свежую рыбу и португальские вина. Мои фавориты из меню : сэндвич с курицей и авокадо, салат с креветами и домашняя картошка-фри. Летом я люблю сидеть на террасе ресторана Girassol и наблюдать за проплывающими мимо лодками.
