A few weeks ago we have visited Berlin for the first time and loved the city! What have added to our wonderful is experience was our stay at the Grand Hyatt hotel. It was located in the center of the city, close to the main attractions (Brandenburg gate, The Reichstag etc.) Today I want to share with you our favorite moments at the Grand Hyatt in Berlin. Несколько недель назад мы с любимым отправились в Берлин в первый раз и влюбились в этот город! Что сделало нашу поездку еще более насыщенной, это отличный выбор отеля, в котором мы остановились. Отель Grand Hyatt в Берлине находится возле станции Postdamer Platz, в пешей доступности от основных достопримечатльностей: Брандебургских ворот, Рейхстага и возле сада Тиргартен. Сегодня я хочу рассказать вам об этом отеле и его особенностях!
As I have already mentioned, the hotel is located very close to the main attractions, so when we have decided to go for a walk and see Berlin at night. It took us 5-10 minutes to walk to the Brandenburg gate and we were really impressed by its grandeur and beauty. After a walk we got back to the hotel to get ready for our first day of exploring Berlin.
On our first day in Berlin we woke up very early to explore as much of the city as possible. However, before breakfast we have decided to check out the swimming pool and the spa area on top of the Grand Hyatt hotel. The weather was really gloomy but it didn’t spoil our experience and even made it better, because it felt very cozy to stay warm inside and watch the clouds pass from the swimming pool.

After the morning exercise and swim we had breakfast at the hotel. As for me breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I loved the variety of the food offered at the Grand Hyatt in Berlin. Apart from the usual things such as cereal, vegetables, etc, there was a variety of specialty cheeses as well as some of the german delicacies. And for a sweet tooth like me, most importantly there were a lot of different pastries and delicious Berliners!

After a very long day spent exploring Berlin we had no energy to have dinner anywhere else and decided to stay in the hotel and try one of the restaurants at the Grand Hyatt. There was a special event held at the Vox restaurant so we have chosen to visit the German Mesa restaurant. I am not a big fan of German cuisine but in this restaurant it was prepared and served in a different way. We had a great dinner paired with great german wine in a wonderful setting.
