| Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee |
Today I would like to tell you about one of the hot spots of Amsterdam. STACH is a chain of food stores and cafes selling both their own products as well as other popular brands. STACH has 5 different locations in Amsterdam, you can find the full list of them here. STACH also sells already prepared meals that are great to have for lunch or dinner. It is also possible to enjoy some of the STACH products with a cup of coffee at the cafe inside the store.

A few weeks ago STACH introduced to their customers a new series of healthy breakfast products so I have decided to try them all and share my opinion with you!
The first breakfast combination that I tried was an avocado/apple/spinach/spirulina/mint smoothie and a chia seed/coconut pudding with mango sauce and goji berry/pumpkin seeds/nuts topping. I loved both products especially because I love green smoothies. It was also very exciting to try chia pudding for the first time.
The next day I had an orange smoothie with carrots, bananas and pineapple and overnight oats with yogurt chia seeds and almonds. Out of all the smoothies, this one was definitely my favorite, because I just love carrots! As for the yogurt with oats I thought that it wasn’t sweet enough for me so I added a little bit of honey to it.
Finally, the last breakfast included a pink smoothie with beetroot, avocado and apple and a granola mix with yogurt and blueberries. I really liked both of the products from my last breakfast, especially the granola mix because it was full of healthy ingredients and made me feel wonderful and very energetic!
