The Grounds of Alexandria, Sydney

Today I want to tell you about one of my favorite spots that we discovered in Sydney this time. This place is the Grounds of Alexandria and I have been dreaming to visit it since the last time we were in Sydney, when we didn’t have enough time to go. At The Grounds of Alexandria you can find cafes, coffee roastery, market and garden all in one place. When we arrived, we first explored the Grounds and then headed to have lunch at The Potting Shed (the local watering hole) – a beautiful cafe that is part of the Grounds. I loved every single detail of this place, from the colorful parrot that meets you at the entrance from the cutest menus and of course the food was just stunning. After lunch we walked around, grabbed a couple of cakes from the kiosk and couldn’t resist to try some of the jam-filled donuts that turned out to be delicious! This is definitely a must-visit place when in Sydney and I can’t wait to be back at the Grounds!
