During our stay at THE VIEW hotel in Lugano, we got to visit the Innocenti Evasioni restaurant awarded with one Michelin star. This restaurant is a new creation of the two chefs – Tommaso Arrigoni and Eros Picco, who own the Innocenti Evasioni restaurant in Milan.
We had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed every single course of our 6-course menu along with the great wines paired with it. All the ingredients were fresh in the best traditions of the Italian cuisine. The menu of the restaurant changes throughout the year depending on the season. Our favorite dishes were the Taleggio cheese fondue with egg yolk, spinach and hazelnut and the chestnut gnochetti with braised beef sauce. Definitely recommended!
