This weekend my best friend Kate and her boyfriend visited us in Amsterdam so we have planned a weekend activity together! We have decided to get on the bikes and cycle all the way to the village of Weesp, located 15 km away from Amsterdam. It was a beautiful ride along the water and after around an hour we arrived to the cutest village ever! I have been to Weesp before and really wanted to show it to my loved ones and they loved it too. I think it is a perfect place for a getaway for a couple of hours from the busy city of Amsterdam. We walked around the town and stopped for lunch/dinner at a very nice restaurant called ‘t Weesperplein where the food was just amazing. After dinner we stopped by the Nelis ice-cream shop know in the whole country for its delicious ice cream.
На эти выходные ко мне из Москвы приехала лучшая подруга с парнем и мы решили придумать что-нибудь классное! В субботу мы взяли велосипеды и вчетвером поехали в небольшой городок Веесп, расположенный в 15 километрах от Амстердама. Я уже была в Вееспе и влюбилась в это место и очень хотела показать его своим любимым. По-моему, Веесп – одна из самых живописных деревушек Голландии, особенно летом и идеальное место для велосипедной прогулки. После того как мы посмотрели город, мы поужинали в очень вкусном и симпатичном ресторане ‘t Weesperplein, а после ужина взяли по шарику мороженого в известном во всей Голландии кафе с мороженным – Nelis.
