How amazing is it when your friend visits you, especially when it is your best friend. Last week my friend Kate visited me in Amsterdam and on Saturday we decided to go shopping in Antwerp. I really love this city, I find it very beautiful and charming. The day was cold and foggy but it even made the atmosphere of the city more magical. We walked around the streets of Antwerp, had a wonderful lunch at De Sinjoor and then went for some macarons to Laduree that recently opened on Schuttershofstraat.
